Every drop of Sallemi olive oil is the result of a short, carefully controlled journey, where nothing is left to chance. From harvesting to bottling, we oversee every stage to preserve the authentic aromas and character of the Iblei Mountains.

Monti Iblei PDO

With Re, we celebrate Tonda Iblea, the queen of our land. A monovarietal extra virgin olive oil made from hand-picked olives grown in centuries-old olive groves. Its bright green colour is matched by a medium-intense to intense fruity aroma, with distinctive notes of green tomato and freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with a well-balanced bitterness and peppery finish. Excellent served raw over meat, grilled fish, cooked vegetables, game, bruschetta and tomato salads.

Our flavoured olive oils combine an award-winning extra virgin olive oil with the finest local ingredients, crushed and malaxed together with the olives to bring out their full aroma and fragrance.
